SERVER-WEBAPP Fluent Bit denial of service attempt
This rule looks for the lack of a proper "form" in incoming POST requests that have the content type set to "application/x-www-url-encoded".
This rule fires on specially crafted POST requests that can cause a denial of service in the Fluent Bit web server.
