Rule Explanation

Microsoft Windows versions 7 through 10 along with Server versions 2008 through 2019 are vulnerable to an integer overflow via a malicious Windows Address Book Contact File. An attacker can trigger this vulnerability by supplying the victim the malicious file and having them unknowingly open the file.
