There are many reasons that a rule may not have documentation, the primary being nobody has done any documentation for the rule. Check the snort-sigs mailing list and verify that documentation has not been sent in.

If documentation has been submitted but isn't listed here, its because our reviewers have not reviewed the submition yet. Please bear with us, as this is a time consuming task.
