On the main page of snort.org the following is listed:

BASE: Basic Analysis and Security Engine
BASE is the Basic Analysis and Security Engine. It is based on the code from the Analysis Console for Intrusion Databases (ACID) project. This application provides a web front-end to query and analyze the alerts coming from a SNORT sensor.
The latest BASE 1.2.6 (christine) release is available for download. Check out the project here.

But the lastest version available is:
BASE 1.3.9 (anne) Released 2007-11-20
