HTTP usage tracker?

Are there any tools for Snort (or any other open source program) that will track web browsing history on a per user basis? I'm looking for something that will log all sites visited, who visited them and when. Our computers are setup to not keep local Internet history after a reboot (Deep Freeze), so I need something to monitor for inappropriate use. With 1,000+ computers, I need something that can centrally managed/monitored.

An example of what I need... Someone calls me and asks if Johnny was on a porn site yesterday. I need to be able to pull up a log to see if and when he was, and preferably from which computer he did it from.

Thank you.

Hi, the only two things I can think off the top of my head would be squid or ISA server, or possibly another type of proxy server.
