Using BASE to automatically send out unique alerts every hour?

Is there a way to have BASE automatically e-mail me a list of unique alerts lets say every hour or 2 hours or something of that nature? I know you can manually have things e-mailed to you by selecting it as an option in the BASE front end but is there a way to have it done automatically?

What is BASE it sounds interesting?

BASE is the Basic Analysis and Security Engine...you can get a copy from the Contrib directory on this site, or have a look at their web page at:
http://secureideas.sourceforge.net/
They have just released Version 1.1.2
