Snort & ACID

I have configured snort-2.3.0 with ACID, Webmin, MySQL.. rules configured for sensor are working from command prompt.. but no logs are appearing in the ACID console.. pls advice what could be the reason & how to solve this..

Did you compile snort or use a RPM?
--> if Compiled, did yiu set the MySQL switch?
--> if RPM, did you run RPM with the snort-mysql switch after you did the snort RPM?
