New Snort group inaugural meeting second week in November

I have a core group interested and will pin a date down soon. Send a message if you have a preference. We will NOT be meeting on Thursday. Every tech group in the area schedules for Thurs. If I can get a location in downtown Seattle, I will, but for now the fallback location is South Seattle Community College.

We've added the group to the community page, posted a note about the first meeting and created
a mailing list (https://lists.snort.org/mailman/listinfo/seattlesug). If you guys need anything else,
just let us know.
