Snort Sensor Problems.

I installed Snort, MySQL, SnortCenter and ACID on RedHat 9.0 (i followed instructions from Steven J. Scotts document on http://www.superhac.com). Now i am having a problem with my snort sensor. I get this error message when i try and configure it through my web browser.
Sensor Message
curl: (7) socket error: 111
The sensor information displayed is " sensor1 ->eth1 Can't Connect to ***.***.***.**:2525 Retry Connecting"
My sensor configuration is as shown below:
Enable Sensor: (checked)
Sensor Name: Sensor1
Sensor IP:***.***.***.** Port#:2525
Sensor Agent Type: SnortCenter Agent v.1 (SSL enabled)
Interface name to sniff: eth1
Snort command line: -U -o
How does one solve this??? Am pretty green in this regard.
