Help Reading in Plain Text Logs!

I have logs in Plain Text instead of the binary format used by TCPDump, i dont think Snort can read these logs in but is there any way to get them in using a plug in of some sort? I would like to put the information into the MYSql DB so i can analyze it with ACID.
