What does this mean?
My ACID can't get the alert from snort,but snort shows that it gets alerts.
How can i fix the problem?

which type of machine are you running on Win/Unix ?, I've had troubles on Windows machines that are using beta versions of Wincap..
If you are running the new Beta 3.1 Wincap try changing to v3....

any chance you could let me know how you resolved the packetreceivepacket failed issue? i'm having the same problem.
