EXPORT ERROR: Could not send exported alerts to "1". Check the mail
configuration in PHP.

I was having the same problem when the php.ini had this line

sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail

Fixed it changing the line to

sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i
