Linux+odbc(mssql)+snort_2.3.2 = bad

more or less, whoever wrote the original ODBC code left out some things. I saw that Easysoft says they sent in a patch to fix this, and using their comments about it (was for 1.9) and a bunch of printf-debugging I was able to fix the problem. I am now running Snort 2.3.2 using the database output plugin to dump directly to a MS Sql 2000 server.

If anyone wants the diff's, let me know.
