I need add some src into snort's src. Where I find information about the snort's develoment ?

Sending mail to the snort-devel@lists.sourceforge.net mailing list is a good place to start. Someone from the Snort development team (like me) can also help you if we feel that the code is a good fit for the things we're trying to accomplish, is well (enough) written, etc.
