cvs build and flexresp2

Hi, is the cvs build broken? ( MD5: 0bcd69abe1ab83ae2ce2f6db3a0c91a6)
When can we expect flexresp2 in the current builds?

configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.in
