I need to test Snort
Posted by M_Scofield on May 14, 2007 13:28:27
Good morning, I need to test Snort against at least two attacks, against a Linux (Fedora Core 6) machine. This is because I have to show to a person how it behaves when it detects an attack...I've already tried with nmap, doing a portscan, and the portscan preprocessor detected it. Now I need to know where I can find the payload of at least two attacks (against Apache, Telnet, anything), and the description of them...
Could you help me, please? |
