snortsam can't run on my pc!help

my pc has 2 NIC, one's ip is 192.168.0.1/27, another one is 10.0.0.1/27, , cisco router(1700)--192.168.0.2/27
snort is running on eth0( 10.0.0.1/27)
there's no errors when i compiled snortsam, but i receive some errors when i run it,
here is the error message:
Parsing config file /etc/snortsam.conf...
Linking plugin 'ciscoacl'...
Segmentation fault
when i try to run compiled file downloaded from snortsam, it is :
Debug: Accepting connections from:
Debug: IP: 10.0.0.1, Mask: 255.255.255.255, Pass:
Error: Could not bind socket.
i am sure there's no other snortsam instant runing in this maching, i have try to recompile snort and snortsam, reconfig the network card, restart machine, but i still can't solve this problem, any body can help me?
follows is part of configration come from snortsam.conf
....
accept 10.0.0.1
.....
ciscoacl 192.168.0.2 cisco cisco /etc/acl_file
.......
