Snort inline not capturing any traffic

I have successfully configured snort inline and tested it. However the snort inline could not capture the maliciious attempts into its log file. The log file exists but it is empty. I have done all the necessary steps needed to make it work, but it doesn't.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks!

Ensure you are running snort with "-l path/to/log/directory". I had the same problem and now it works!
