Where can I find the rules for windows?? I can find the tar on this site but this is windoze.... |

http://www.snort.org/pub-bin/downloads.cgi
Scroll down to the appropriate location, (Unregistered or Registered)
Download the version that corresponds to your version. Extract the files in the archive's signature folder to C:\snort\doc\signatures (if installed on C:)
Extract all files in the archives rules folder to C:\snort\rules.
