SnortCP Certification

Folks,

I'm new to the Snort world and looking for my preparation of SnortCP, i need your expert guidance about the study material and practical required to gain this certification. I dont have much knowledge of open systems (which i indeed regret) and i've mostly worked on the firewalls like Nokia and Checkpoint, Can anybody please help me with this??
