CSV output should be logged Daily into new file

Hi all,

i configured snort to log in CSV format.
now i want to create daily (24hrs once) seperate log file
so that i can have a daily track of no of alerts,


please help me out

use a log management system and restart snort at the time when you want to roll over the logs.

i dont what is log management system.
is it any TOOL or Script ? can u explain a bit detail
