Snort error on start up

Windows 2003 Standard SP1
MSSQL - On a different server

When I start up snort I received the following error in the event logs:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: SnortService
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1
Date: 10/20/2006
Time: 11:41:12 AM
User: N/A
Computer: WINIDS
Description:
Failed to load /usr/local/lib/snort_dynamicengine/libsf_engine.so: 126

I changed in the config file from dynamicengine /usr/local/lib/snort_dynamicengine/libsf_engine.so to
dynamicengine d:\win-ids\snort\lib\snort_dynamicengine\sf_engine.dll

and changed dynamicpreprocessor directory /usr/local/lib/snort_dynamicpreprocessor/dynamicpreprocessor directory to
d:\win-ids\snort\lib\snort_dynamicpreprocessor\

and now I get the error:

Event ID: 1
Date: 10/23/2006
Time: 8:24:43 AM
User: N/A
Computer: WINIDS
Description:
d:\win-ids\snort\etc\snort.conf(192) => Missin/incorrect dynamic detection lib specifier.

What do I need to do to get this thing working??

stupid question but what was the answer. I am trying to upgrade my snort and getting the same error.
