flexresp and libnetNT error

Hello,

Sorry if my English is bad !

It's the first time I try Flexresp on Windows.
When I put a rule with ... ; resp:rst_all;) for exemple, I've got this error when I start snort : "Unable to open the driver. Error code 14. Cannot open raw socket for libnet".

I tried several thinks but no result : changing path, copy libnetNT.dll in system32, register dll with regsvr32, changing start directory, no error in DependencyWalker ...
I found the same question on internet but no answer => I don't understand why it seems I'm the only one with this error !

My config :
Win XP SP2
WinPcap 3.1
Last downloaded version of Snort
Banner :
Version 2.6.0-ODBC-MySQL-FlexRESP-WIN32 (Build 57)
Rules Engine: SF_SNORT_DETECTION_ENGINE Version 1.5
Preprocessor Object: SF_SMTP Version 1.0
Preprocessor Object: SF_FTPTELNET Version 1.0
Not Using PCAP_FRAMES
