Configuring Graphing for the BASE console

Hi everyone,

I install snort onto win2003, mysql,iis5, and viewing alert on BASE security console. my configuration is up to the stage when installing BASE, there is nothing happen at the screen, i can't issue command and the command prompt, e.g. pear list.

I am kind of lost. anyone has experience this and can help me.
