bit snort problem

Please can u help me,,,waht's the problem with my snort,,,
**** I've windows xp pro, snort 2.4.4 and winpcap 3.1, ****

please change your command snort -dev -iX.
X number interface of your network interface,
please command snort -W to lookup your interface,
