oinkmaster-gui error on update

"tar: Cannot open C:\temp\oinkmaster.jjBx4WJTgU/snortrules.tar: Function not implemented"

any ideas what Im doing wrong??

I put the tar , wget, and gzip executables in the oinkmaster directory since it was erroring out trying to find those from its path. Now it downloads, but it doesnt want to uncompress it.

Seems some of the rule sets look like they are currupt

Can't tar the here manually.

Any idea how to correct it?
