Not Logging?

Followed the steps on the WINIDS exactly. When snort is put in verbose mode, I can see the data, however, when I goto http://localhost/console to view the BASE, it all shows 0, no counters turning. I also attacked myself through some metaspoit stuff, saw it on the verbose, but once again, nothing turned on the IIS page.

Any idea where I went wrong at?

sorry, WINIDS is the zip file, followed the directions on the WINSNORT.com website.

I got it worked out, didnt have the conf file completely setup in snort to allow the output variable for the MySQL database.
