snort-inline log

I have a question about logging with snort-inline. I had inline up and running with everything that was required. I started over because I wanted to install mysql, acid, php, and all the normal snort stuff. How do I get snort_inline.conf to send info to this the way snort.conf does? Call me dumb but can you just add it into the config file? I know the information is going into the queue so does that mean you have to do something else to make this work, or will it just not work? Thanks all

It should just work, add the database output line to the conf file and give it a try.
